Terms of Access & Creative Rights

The stories, characters, books, illustrations, photographs, website copy, songs, lyrics, recordings, videos, printables, activities, sticker designs, and other original materials presented through Shiloh Esther are owned by or licensed to the applicable rights holders and protected to the extent provided by law.

Access is provided for personal enjoyment and authorized use by parents, caregivers, educators, and other adults choosing resources for children. Signing in, purchasing a product, or downloading a free resource does not transfer ownership or grant an unrestricted right to reproduce or reuse the materials.

You may enjoy lawfully acquired books with children in your care and use official downloads within the permissions stated for each resource. Unless a specific license or applicable law allows otherwise, you may not copy, scan, republish, upload, distribute, translate, adapt, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected materials without prior written permission. This includes unauthorized merchandise, recorded read-alouds, animations, derivative character artwork, and redistribution of downloadable files.

Where enforceable under applicable law, the Terms of Access also prohibit unauthorized scraping, bulk extraction, dataset creation, and use of protected materials for AI training or synthetic reproduction. Do not share private access credentials, remove ownership notices, impersonate the author, or suggest an endorsement that has not been given.

These protections apply to our original expression and valid brand rights. They do not claim ownership of biblical people or events, general ideas, names by themselves, or public-domain material, and do not remove fair use, lawful physical-book resale or lending, accessibility rights, or other rights that cannot be restricted by contract.

Unauthorized activity may result in proportionate suspension or termination of access and the pursuit of remedies available under applicable law. For use beyond the stated permissions, contact [PERMISSIONS EMAIL TO BE ADDED].
