Content & Activity Disclaimer
Effective date:
Purpose of the content
Shiloh Esther's website, books, activities, songs, recordings, and related materials are provided for storytelling, family enjoyment, faith-based discussion, and general information. Descriptions of intended audiences are guidance, not a guarantee that every resource suits every child. Adults should review material and choose what is appropriate for a child's age, needs, abilities, and circumstances.
Bible stories, interpretation, and fictional additions
Our Bible-based books are creative retellings. They may use imagined dialogue, humor, original animals and supporting characters, simplified settings, and other narrative additions to help young readers engage with the account. Those additions are not presented as direct Scripture quotations or independently established historical facts.
For the biblical account, consult the identified Bible passage. Views and applications reflect the author's Christian perspective and do not claim to represent every denomination or interpretation. A reference to a Bible translation does not imply its publisher endorses our work. Quotations and required credits remain subject to that translation's permissions.
Health, professional advice, and outcomes
Stories involving healing, prayer, faith, or biblical miracles describe religious narratives and beliefs. They do not promise a medical result or instruct readers to discontinue treatment, ignore symptoms, or substitute an activity or prayer resource for appropriate professional care.
The website does not provide individualized medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice, and visiting or contacting us does not establish a professional adviser-client relationship. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for personal advice in those fields.
We do not guarantee a particular reading level, educational result, behavioral change, developmental outcome, spiritual experience, or response to a book or activity. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not establish a result that every family will obtain.
Adult supervision and safe activities
Adults are responsible for choosing suitable activities, checking instructions and supplies, supervising participation, and adapting activities to the child. Follow product age guidance and warnings. Small stickers, loose pieces, craft supplies, cords, scissors, and packaging may be unsuitable for very young children or require direct supervision.
Story scenes are not instructions to reenact hazardous situations. River, bath, swimming, animal, climbing, or other adventure scenes do not replace real-world safety guidance. Do not enter water or attempt a risky reenactment because it appears in a story. Any real water activity requires appropriate, attentive adult supervision and safety measures.
These supervision statements do not waive rights relating to defective products, misleading instructions, negligence, or other responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Images, previews, and product descriptions
Website visuals may include photography, illustration, digital editing, generated imagery, and conceptual product presentations. A promotional scene is not necessarily a photograph of the finished physical product. The product description identifies the item, format, dimensions, and contents included in a purchase. Materially illustrative or simulated representations should be identified where displayed.
Screens and printing processes can produce reasonable color differences. These differences do not excuse a materially inaccurate description, missing promised item, or defective product. Props and background items are not included unless the listing says they are. Contact us before purchase if a preview and a product description appear inconsistent.
External recommendations and commercial relationships
We may mention outside resources or link to retailers. Third parties are responsible for their own content and services, subject to our duties for statements and offers we make. If a link, recommendation, review, or endorsement involves a material affiliate, sponsorship, payment, or gifted‑product relationship, that relationship will be clearly disclosed near the relevant content. This general disclaimer does not replace that disclosure.
Accuracy and contact
We aim to describe resources accurately and may correct errors. Contact about a concern, inaccessible resource, incorrect product description, or safety issue. Corrections do not eliminate rights that arose from a prior purchase or a misleading statement. The limits and legal safeguards in the Terms of Access & Website Use apply to this disclaimer.
