Who is selling your order
This policy applies when is identified as the seller at checkout. If you purchase from an independent retailer, that retailer's transaction, delivery, and return terms apply to its sale. An outside printer or fulfillment provider working for us does not, by itself, become the seller or remove our obligations to you.
Product details, pricing, and acceptance
Before ordering, review the product listing for format, dimensions, edition, age guidance, quantity, included items, and whether a book is signed, personalized, printed on demand, or part of a bundle. A digital edition is not a physical book. Prices are shown in ; applicable shipping, taxes, and other charges are disclosed before you commit to payment.
An order is accepted at . We may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, inability to fulfill, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing error, subject to applicable law. We will notify you and refund any payment we must return. We will not silently substitute a materially different product or increase an accepted price without any required agreement.

Preorders display the anticipated dispatch date and any material conditions before payment. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the notice, cancellation choice, revised estimate, and refund required by applicable law. Where the U.S. Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule applies and no shipment time was stated, its default period applies. We do not treat silence as agreement to every indefinite delay.
Contact promptly if an address is incorrect, a shipment is delayed, or an order is missing. We will investigate with the relevant provider and arrange the remedy required by law. A carrier's scan does not automatically defeat every legitimate nondelivery claim.
Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items
Contact with the order number, a description, and photographs if reasonably available. Tell us within to help us resolve the issue promptly; this requested period does not shorten a mandatory statutory right. We will provide an appropriate replacement, repair where relevant, refund, or other legally required remedy. Any necessary return instructions and responsibility for return postage will be explained. Do not send an item to an unconfirmed return address.
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges
Any restriction on discretionary returns is subject to mandatory consumer rights. Signed, personalized, made-to-order, and print-on-demand items must be described accurately; an item is not automatically exempt from legal cancellation or defect rights merely because it was printed after ordering. A signature without personalization does not necessarily make an ordinary book a customized product.
Digital downloads, songs, and audio
The listing specifies file type, compatibility requirements, delivery method, permitted use, and any access limits. Digital delivery occurs through . Contact if a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its description.
Any restriction preserves applicable rights for non‑delivery, defective or misdescribed digital content, and other mandatory remedies. Where immediate digital supply changes a legal withdrawal right, we will obtain the specific advance consent and acknowledgment required by the applicable law and provide the required confirmation. General acceptance of website Terms alone is not used for that purpose.
Digital products are licensed under Part B and any license displayed before purchase. Do not distribute files or access links outside that license. We will not promise lifetime access unless the offer explains and supports that commitment.
Bundles, bonuses, and promotions
A bundle includes only the items listed at purchase, including any stated song, recording, signature, activity, or other bonus. The listing identifies delivery methods and any expiry or eligibility restrictions. Bonuses are subject to the relevant personal-use license unless otherwise stated.
If a bundle is returned in whole or part, . We will not invent a new charge for a previously described free bonus after purchase to defeat a refund right. Promotions have the conditions and dates stated with the offer.
International consumer rights
If we sell into a jurisdiction with mandatory distance-selling or consumer guarantees, those protections prevail over conflicting policy language. Where applicable, precontract information and a withdrawal procedure, including any required cancellation form, are supplied. Exceptions for genuine personalization or immediately supplied digital content apply only when their legal conditions are met.
Other services
Author visits, speaking, school readings, events, custom licensing, wholesale, subscriptions, competitions, and other services require their own relevant offer or agreement if introduced. An inquiry does not confirm a booking. No recurring charge is authorized by these general website Terms; any recurring offer must present its price, renewal, consent, and cancellation terms separately.
